The Lottery Tax and Public Schools

I feel like the public school would be better if we didn't have one of our political parties hell bent on privatizing it and starting this charter school bullshit. And I think that if we took away the lottery money, it only gets even worse. It's basically redistributing up from the port of the wealthy. Well, that's something that we can change.
