The Industrial Age is a very intriguing thing to me. What happened was, I mentioned this in the book about Henry Ford,. A wonderful guy ushered in a new era in American history and productivity for the American worker. We have people that are swallowed the hook on belay. They love what they do here. And they're going to work till 10 o'clock at night if you let them. So our results are big, giant, paradigm shift. It's just not time oriented.
