The Transition From Clarkton Lake to Agnico Eagle

One of the questions I've been dying to ask you is this transition from clarkton lake when it was merged with agnico eagle. The deal formally happened in february of this year which is crazy because it seems like such a long time ago that deal was done It really wasn't but after the deal was done you transitioned into the ceo of agnico and you weren't there very long. So now you are not the ceo you're actually the interim ceo with a silver explorer discovery so before we get to discover you know can't walk us through that transition stepping in a ceo for the bigger agnico bird.
