Elon Musk has agreed to buy Twitter for $40 billion. The deal is expected to be completed in the next few days. CNN's John Sutter says he was tempted by the price but didn't think it would happen this quickly. He thinks there are some optimistic signs that we could see a rally at the end of 2014.
