Is There a Tool to Control Your Impulses?
The philosophy behind the tool is that if you need something outside of you, you're trying to fill some kind of emptiness inside of you. The symbol that we use in this tool is the symbol of a black sun. A black sun just looks exactly like the total eclipse of the sun with the corona flashing out on the sides, but this black center because the moon has passed in front of it.
