Is There a Chaos in the House? Is That a Good Thing?
There is no way to take the power that was consolidated in the speakership and undo it without there being chaos. It's almost impossible to do without having some systems kind of upended. And I think that's what will happen now. Republicans have to be very careful from a PR perspective, let alone a substantive one.
