Weinstein was not only on the petition, but he was one of the few on the petition who was vocally publicly calling on other filmmakers to help fix the terrible situation. He wrote a few opinion pieces for one newspaper saying Polanski has served his time and must be freed. So he squarely behind him. But I'm saying that's coming from an atheist dad who doesn't lecture people on morality and who hasn't stepped out on his wife. That's what we don't like. We worry about you lecturing us on morality constantly and doing this.
