When i was younger, i had a lot more appetite for getting higher equity position properties rather than castlow. But be careful buying on appreciation. You know, you won't it's right now. We're probably not going to have a whole lot of it over the next 24 months. So make sure that the assets are paying you r they're not assets. Another thing you can do is maybe just forget.

Does a stock market crash affect real estate? We’ve seen home prices hit record growth over the past two years, with a slight slowdown happening right now. But nothing in the real estate market compares to the stock market selloff that has happened over the past six months.
