The Difference Between Capabilities and Facilitation Crews
The facilitation crew in the United States behaves like coaches. They're there to improve the skills and capability of the other crews. Whereas the capability crew is more like a bunch of consultants. It's a consulting capability, but they're not focused on cross-skilling or enablement. We usually want the specialist to be in the team full time.
