If you are a simple w two employee, you do not need to show your tax returns. We do need to see a two year work history. Any gaps in employment, we have to document with a letter of explanation that gap in employment a right? If you go from working from target to u p s to to bess by, that's ok. As long as your income is the same or increasing, you won't have no issues. But if your income is decreasing, then that could be an issue.
