Film Review - The Last Duel
Rashamon uses different perspectives to highlight the prejudices and this sort of obstacles that are eventually in our way. By showing us the perspective of the men in the situation, it really helps us t understand what it is that she's ultimately coming up against. And i think that's really powerful. I love this manoeuvre in movies. There's other films that do this, because it can allow you to sort of enter into somebody's perspective even just from a technical perspective. This movie is is a great example of how you can do that.
