The great resignation is weird in that people who you wonder, how do they have enough moneyto to quit their jobs, are doing it. In a way, michal, they're shaking up the job market as well. And what they say is, i want to learn another skill, and i want to get a better job that gives me more satisfaction and better pay. That should give us a yo, great confidence in the future and greata conviction in the american labor labor force.
