An second trial begins in september of 19 98, a little under five years after the original verdict was returned. The prosecution does introduce two new witnesses, one of whom says that she not only saw juan ravera at the crime scene, but actually saw him murder holly blake and taylor. But it's taylor's testimony that is truly mind boggling, because she says that she remembers jan picking her up and placing her on the bed where she would later be found by her mother.
