Is Bragg Out of Time?

Jonathan Turley said on Fox News Sunday, I think Bragg is out of time. What he's referring to is the statute of limitations of is about two years on this offense. That is already run. You can extend it to five years if you connect it as a felony to another crime. But even at five years, I'm not sure the time is not run out. Oh, you do the math times run out.
