Are You in a State of Equanimity?
A, could you sail? Could you respond to that article and and share your take? Thank you. I think you really have brought out themes there which i hadn't connected. Ah, so what strikes me is that in order for facts to be impactful or meaningful to people, they have to sort of be in a state of equanimity,. And if you're in an emotional upset, who cares about facts? You just have to get validation for your emotion and articulate that emotion. That woll be my and i worry that that doesn't happen often enough. A, i'm not so sure was highly present in a traditional education.
