Is There Still a Stigma in the Safety Community?

Workers are more readily willing to point out a safety hazard as opposed to a psychological issue. There's definitely still stigma- Sure, sure. And so it's going to take greater effort, more finesse effort probably, to help people understand that it's okay to identify these types of issues and fix them.
