Venezuela is not just a communist country in a socialist country it's a narco-socialistic dictatorship. One of Donald Trump's great achievements was rallying the entire world to recognize the Guaido government as the legitimate government of Venezuela. Now because of because he's afraid of losing the midterm elections and the price of oil is hurting him politically he's all of a sudden throwing all that away, says Charles Payne from FBN Cut 11.
