I actually love the fact that you're just saying it how it is right now it's black and white because that's what it is. I don't think it's fair to blame women for the existence of talk mommy syndrome as they have had to fight to like be in that position. It's not women's fault that we've created a society that puts them in that position where they feel like the only way they can be there is if that other person isn't. Harvard Business Review article basically says stop telling especially black women but everyone has imposter syndrome. We need to start making workplaces better for women by starting with those who are already successful, she said.
