Is It Going to Benefit the Organization a Thousand Percent?

An artist that doesn't practice their art will not end up tapping into the strongest part of their brain anyway. Put them in a room where they're drawing out their workflow with a paintbrush instead of a pen. So why not hone into on that? And I guess be creative ourselves in trying to understand how we can bring out the best in people for sure.
