The Consolation Win in Sydney
David Burns makes 149 to set up a consolation win in Sydney. He doesn't play the West Indies again for four years. David Boone top scores in both innings, 44 and 52 but Australia lose heavily. And he averaged a 61 in the series and still loses it by a comfortable margin. In 1992 might be the series that Chewbacca is remembering most because so Australia don't get blown away to start within Brisbane. They managed to draw that game in stark contrast to the previous couple of tours. After so many attempts he finally gets a win against the West Indies. 22 tests he played against them. Six wins, one series win, 300s, 850s, a lot of bruises.
