On today's show, we discuss the Digital Asset Anti-Money Laundering Act, which is being pushed by Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS), and aims to close loopholes that criminals may exploit to launder money through crypto assets. However, it appears that this legislation may actually further a strategy to ban crypto.
