Is This Economy in a Recession?

In the real world, what happens is a non partisan, independent institution called the national bureau of economic research comes in and decides when recertion begins and when it ends. We've created nine million new jobs so far, just since i became president. Business are investing america at record rates. That doesn't sound like a recession.
