Rishi Sunak's deal with the EU is a nuanced way to free up trade between mainland Britain and Northern Ireland. The key unionist party in Northern Ireland, the Democratic Unionist party, refuses to accept it. Do you believe Joe Biden will go to Belfast and try to convince the DUP that they must accept this deal? I've had a longstanding relationship with them.
