I think that when it comes to filming people without their consent, whether it's for TikTok or YouTube or Instagram, I think there's a much bigger conversation around this. Maybe have a conversation with your friend about how you think some of the images are maybe erring on the side of being inappropriate and exploiting somebody who doesn't know they're having their photo taken.
