Ask them why they were thinking of coming casually, because you may find that there is a price barrier. You can't sell some one something if you don't have a conversation about money. And i think the more people get comfortable with that, that you are providing a service and wanting to genuinely help them, then it's easy to have a conversations about money. Then you find solution that is right for your client.
