The Power of CardCounting in Blackjack
Ed Thorpe was a mathematician he came to MIT and while he was very he read an article about some people who had done this mathematicians leave it the Aberdeen proving ground actually. He realized that he could probably come up with a better way of doing it so he did come up with this strategy now called card counting because in blackjack you know if you keep track of the cards as they're played at that time they were dealt from a single deck. If you could use that to adjust your strategy in terms of how you play and how much you bet on each hand it's amazing to have an advantage in any sort of casino game.
