The Price for War

Russian President Vladimir putin has just declared thy'regong to call up more than a hundred thousand extra troops. This is a massive military with men and material that you can never match. We will defeat them on our field, on he field of battle. That's what we are trying to achieve. But then there is the price for war. And we'll see whether russia can sustain this price.
