David Harvey's idea of accumulation by dispossession is a profoundly confusing element to introduce into your picture of capitalism, if you want to talk about it. He doesn't take primitive accumulation as being meaningful or central to the way in which capitalism functions. So these things happen, but they're not central to its functioning. And to suggest that they are is to prove, you know, to make a much more confused picture of what the problems with capitalism are.
