The Lord Delivers His People From Obedience
When god moves to deliver his people from oppression, the first thing that happens i the oppression gets worse. The foremen come and oppress the people by telling them to make bricks without straw. They have to gather their own stubble for straw. And the foremen of the sons of israel complain, and the taskmasters blame it all on moses. So in verse 20, says that when the foremen left pharaoh's presence, they met moses and aaron standing to meet them.
