Is the Justice Department Going to Look Freshly at the Mueller Investigation?

The Justice Department has pretty much said that Trump didn't have anything to do with the violence. If there hadn't been a Capitol riot, does anyone think conceivably that they would have prosecuted Trump or John Eastman over making an argument that Trump shouldn't count the votes? No way on Earth, right? So I just think, I don't see a case there, but I think he's got a problem with the documents.
