Film Review - I'm a Historical Consultant on a Film Like This

This film is so atmospheric and immersive. It feels really quite distinct from any the viking film that i personally have seen before. I think it tries to convey the world as the people of the viking age saw it, on their own terms. And one of the things that i think is very successful is that it doesn't explain any of it. It's just there. As with his previous films, there are elements of what we might call the supernatural. But what is very clear is that for them, it's completely real. Its it sumtotal package.
