Is there a chance that the supreme court justices who are behind drafting this can see tethe crazy reaction that has taken place in the streets of america and think, you know, maybe we should walk this back? I even tink i think you could walk it back. Cause i've thought all along that, especially with rudge, the chief justice, this is so antithetical to the chief justice's court philosophy.
