Sometimes i found myself working with start ups where we agree to like, a six months working relationship. They kick off a vesting month by month, so that if we eject at month three or month for the they can recoup the equity I didn't vest. And then others i've worked with it's just like, all right, catch you at the end of three months, and it'll happen all at once.
