The Importance of Collaboration in Business

The day of the eccentric person sitting in the corner doing their thing, that's not culturally what we want to have. The other thing is if we can do business with anybody, we're going to do business with people we like. If you don't think you know yourself, particularly if you're more of a discretionary trader than a quantitative or systematic or a model-based trader, then that's going to turn me off. That's the information we're on the same team. We want to win.
