Is It a Conspiracy or a Lie?
The overwhelming majority of these charges are against people who did something that they probably shouldn't have done, and wound up with mild punishments. It's not sedition. There there may very well be some people. But if it's tied into some larger, bigger conspiracy with bigger players that were really trying to overturn the election or stop congress, that's going to be a more complicated case to prove than someone walking in and getting at a fight with an officer. And 99 per cent of americans all said the same thing on january sixth. They obviously thought it was terrible and wanted it to stop.
