A customer's satisfaction is how re we doing one? Ten customer effort how how easy was it to do business with us? Those are all great, but what does it matter from the people that are above you, or or your peer? And so what are those pain points that you're listening to as a chief customer officer? And then how are you putting that message out? So the executive leadership team cares about their numbers. They care about, if they're publicly jaded company. What does the shareholders care about? Is this going to increase in value, and are we keeping our customers?"
