There's a pretty strong correlation between RPO pass rate rank one year and how that translates to the next. The top team last year Atlanta saw 29% of their pass attempts come from RPO plays. That means 70% of their passes over 70% were not RPOs. This is simply a small edge, but it's an edge that may explain why we see what we see in the market with wide receivers who play with mobile quarterbacks.
