North Korea has given no indication that it is thinking in any way seriously about giving up nuclear weapons or long range missiles. Many people think kimtongan would eventually like to be a sort of defacto accepted as a nuclear power who must be dealt with on those terms. M, there is still some glimmer of hope that diplomacy might eventually produce something. Although i think most of us who watch this issue closely think there's absolutely no hope at present.
