The Tithe, the Third Year Tithe

The people of israel remember, remember their mission is going to be through them. So they have to be different from the rest of the entire world. It's one of the reasons why, when we get to deuteronomy and we have these commands, ad some of the commands are the tithe. Thetithes also to provide for the levites. Why? Because they don't have an inheritance with the other tribes of israel,. meaning they don't get land. And so you have to supply for the priests. But the other thing, so that's compassion, right? That's taking care of each other.
