Let's talk about those longer runs you do. You know what runs I'm talking about. Sometimes they are known as our long runs and sometimes they're just our longer runs. No matter what we call them or how we describe them we can all do a better job on these longer runs. So, on this episode of Coach Bennett's Podcast we'll talk about how we can set ourselves up for success and make decisions and adjustments that will help and not hinder our efforts on our longer runs.
