Introduction

Aaska can be a completely life changing event. When i've one of the, i think it was the third time that i did aaska, it completely shattered my psyche. I didn't know what on earth was going on at the time. Couldn't do any work for a couple of weeks. Very, very paranoid er. Not suicidal in the sense that i thought i was going to kill myself, or wanted to kill myself for anything.
