The Chilean Pandemic
There's been a huge influx of migrants. Most of them come from Venezuela. Chile is a very insular country. It's got the Pacific on one side and the Andes on the other. There's some complicating factors because the pandemic created an inflationary cycle that's still in course, which has raised prices very high.
