And the funny thing is, because you've got such weak muscles in this that, you know, often you can just intubate on propofol and alfentanyl, fentanyl. So yeah, a lot of it probably is a bit academic that we're not necessarily using muscle relaxants for these cases of severe mycyney gravis,. where it would have a big effect.
