How Can I Find Out Where I Am?
You must be a traveller, otherwise youd know where you were. Local accents are going to be far more pronounced than they are today. A foreigner was anyone not from the village. And if you're really, really foreign, you are called an alien. So if you don't ant to be remarkable its a foreign or an alian, keep quiet. If i manage to get myself properly dressed, i might be wondering where in england i could have landed. You could well ask, which way is london? and the locals will probably point you in the wrong direction.
