The National Transportation Safety Board today released its first findings in their investigation of the derailment of a train that carried toxic chemicals. This report comes as the Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg paid his first visit to East Palestine since the derailment. Experts say the air and water are safe, but some residents are still concerned about health impacts of the crash and the subsequent fire.
