Refugees - What Is a More Humane Approach to the Refugee Crisis?

Most people are just escaping poverty or political conflicts. We need to give them legal papers so they can integrate to society. The united nations offered chile the possibility of creating refugee places where they could actually have access to to to water, to different things. Ane didn't respond to that offer. So i think we need, like to have a first arrival place where people actually haveaccess to the minimum leaving conditions, such as water.
