Diarrhoea, Congestion, or Stomach?

All things being equal, i'm curious about this. Which would you rather have: sinus, congestion or stomach? Stomach stuff. I think i would go with the latter, despite the fact that it would wreck my barf record. Daphny would rather have the stomach stuff, just because the asini stuff, for me, more impacts my sleep because of the apnea. Wold, so good.
