The Challenges of the LDA Structure
Lack of supply and the lack of zoning and infrastructure matched up is such that we're in a very very challenging sector. We have huge viability issues and I think if you've made a comment almost you dismissed that and that we've tried for years it's going nowhere. There are people on the housing list in my area in every area that were my house purchase us 35 and 40 years ago. That is a very sad situation for an economy that's regarded as booming and we can't even supply housing.
