Sometimes we give advice or counsel to a sales person, and it will really not be sales advice. We're positioning it more as a business development form of advice. And i just got off a coaching call this morning with one of my clients about this. I wish i would have had this podcast beforehand. It wouldhave been a better session. Ind s yo to gos slke, what do we have here? Do we have salespeople? Do we want that? Free of judgment, because the there may be a strong case to just have salespeople, or maybe both. Or does one person perform bori function,. That's probably more normal, i would think. Let us know
