The Judge's Order to Set Apart a $24 Million Judgment
The parties entered into a settlement agreement, which says that the judgment shall be set aside. They now wanted the judge to bless setting aside the $24 million judgment. In his order, he not only refuses to bless it, he tells them, look, I don't even think I've got jurisdiction.
